Appropriate credit, if not stated otherwise, should contain the following:
- Creator’s name (not required, if not stated otherwise)1, in this case can be ‘NJW’, or if the source content is part of a project, the name of the project (required), or the names of the authors if supplied

The above list provides the recommended Creative Commons source aknowledgement format, appropriate for written forms. However, such attribution format, as stated by Creative Commons may depend on the medium in which is later redistributed, and the original creators can not depend on the exact placement of the attribution credit.

Exceptions
The afforementioned CC licenses, as stated by Creative Commons do not affect exceptions and limitations to copyright, such as fair dealing and fair use.
Usage of Creative Commons logo
This website, and its subdomains use the logo of Commons in accordance to the policy4 of using the CC trademark. The logo of Creative Commons is used on this wesite, and the subdomains in accordance with the rules for using the CC trademark.
Source code published
The underlying code, which is responsible for the proper functioning of the website and is separate from the published content such as posts, essays or other written works, is not subject to the site-wide license unless otherwise stated. Such code, in some cases has the original author, as well as the license provided as a comment.

The afforementioned licensing terms are domain wide, meaning they cover both njwygnowski.com and its subdomains. The licensing conditions apply if not stated otherwise (e.g. other license is chosen, or other attribution content is required).
